User engagement research identified that the target audience was motivated to action by desire and lifestyle influences.
Creating a contemporary, full screen user experience that combined form and function with lifestyle was used to drive conversions rather than the traditional method displaying an online catalogue. The website features interactive ‘touch points’ and retractable navigational elements that work to provide access to site tools that only display on demand. The end result is an interrupted and unique user experience, which has resulted in an increase in consumer interest and showroom consultant bookings.
