We are seeking an eager professional with experience in website development, to provide technical support and training to clients.
The candidate that we are seeking requires a very patient and positive ‘can do’ attitude and must be very client focused. A confident, clear telephone manner is crucial and written communication skills must be at a high standard.
The job involves front end web development (HTML/CSS) project work primarily in a support capacity to our dedicated development team. In addition you will provide support to our existing customers and perform maintenance of content managed websites and web applications (most Microsoft ASP.NET based).
The job will involve meeting with clients and contributing in client workshops, providing website/web application end-user administration training to small and larger groups, web hosting management including email and domain name support, Search Engine Optimisation campaign management, project testing, quotation estimates and quality assurance.
