Our qualified Service Delivery team has over 130 years of collective experience and incorporates such talent as Google certified digital marketing experts and certified engineers in Microsoft, Sitecore, DotNetNuke, CentricMinds and SecurePay (Camtech) technology platforms. Senior members of our service delivery team are ITIL® certified, the most widely adopted framework for IT service management in the world.
Of significance is the level of management sophistication within our organisation with key personnel responsible for operations (sales, account management, IT, policy, process) and service delivery (project delivery, service, support). This structure allows CDAA’s senior management to focus at a more strategic level for growth, business development and client services. Colville Nette, Founder and Director
Colville Nette is the founder, and Director of CDAA®. He has more than 20 years of business experience in business development, branding, web technology, advertising and digital marketing. He has been a director and managing partner of multiple Australian companies and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Colville’s business achievements have been recognised by In-business magazine, the Rust Report, Slattery’s Watch, Innovation SA, The Advertiser, New Community Media and many others.
Gerard O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer
Gerard joined CDAA® in 2010. He has over 25 years of industry experience and has worked with, and held senior leadership and management positions in various corporate, government and technology driven enterprises that focus on local and international markets.
Gerard’s responsibilities as CEO span the functions of communicator, decision maker, leader, and manager of the CDAA® business. The communicator role includes media communications to external parties, as well as CDAA’s management and employees. The decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader, Gerard advises the board, motivate employees, and drives change within the company. As a manager, he presides over the day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year operations.
Robin Sands, Chief Marketing Officer
Robin joined CDAA® in 2012. He is a results-focused Senior International Marketing Executive who combines entrepreneurial vision with strong business acumen and well-honed global marketing skills. Robin’s joins CDAA® as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and is responsible for sales management, lead generation, product and service development , commercialisation, brand management, distribution channel management, marketing communications (including advertising, PR and promotions), pricing, market research, and customer service.
Robin’s day-to-day activities of these functions range from the highly analytical (e.g. – pricing and market research) to highly creative (advertising and promotions). As CMO Robin has a view on customer needs, ever-changing markets and how the CDAA® portfolio addresses those needs.
