When you work with us, two senior members of our team will be appointed as your key contacts. One will be your Account Manager whose objective will be to gain a detailed understanding of your business and to work collaboratively with you to identify the best approach and solution.
The other contact will be your Project Manager who will be responsible for driving your project and planning, managing change and delivering it to the highest standard, and to the agreed specification, budget and timeframe.
Our approach to project management is structured, and we understand not one size fits all. We will ensure that we have clearly understood your requirements before we start your implementation. Often, the most suitable approach involves a staged delivery, so we will address your most pressing needs first and test the results. Knowledge gained is then applied to the following stages.
Rather than having a single method of working through the project lifecycle, we adopt elements from ITIL®, Agile, Prince2 and PMBOK to create the most appropriate methodology and service delivery framework to provide services that are fit for purpose and provide value to your business in an effective and efficient manner.
