CDAA conducts projects, unless otherwise requested, by our proprietary methodology. Based on PRINCE2 and Agile project management frameworks, as well as Persona analysis, our approach is designed to maximise the value of the resulting web based project.
The overall management and delivery of your project is the responsibility of the CDAA Project Manager who is supported by the designated Project Management team. The Project team consists of designated Project Leaders who are qualified experts in their respective fields and possess a proven ability to plan, coordinate and produce the requirements of the consultancy.
In a typical case the client is introduced to this team and has the ability to liaise with both the Project Manager and respective Projects Leaders throughout the consultancy.
A project managed well saves time and money and maximises its potential for success. Our Project Manager will effectively manage and report on all aspects of your project to ensure that all deliverables are met, change control is managed and we fulfil all contract requirements.
