Employee Details Required on a Monthly Basis

Definition  Description
Labour Hours The amount of work performed by an average worker specified in hours between middle of each consecutive month. It is used in written "estimates" for estimation of the total amount of uninterrupted labour required to perform a task. For example, fitting a pipe in situ may require twenty person-hours. Person-hours do not take account of the breaks that people generally require from work, e.g. for rest, or meal breaks etc. They only count pure labour. Managers count the person-hours and add break time to estimate the amount of time a task will actually take to complete. Thus, while one worker might require twenty man-hours to carry out a task, it almost certainly will not get done in twenty consecutive hours. Its progress will be interrupted by work for other tasks, meals and other distractions.
Percentage On Site Percentage of monthly labour hours that are completed onsite by your employee.
