Health Workforce of Australia

Health Workforce Australia (HWA) is a newly established Commonwealth statutory authority based in Adelaide which is responsible for managing and overseeing major reforms to the Australian health workforce. 

CDAA helped HWA to ramp up to full operational status by providing an engaging, robust, secure intranet solution for the organisation. Given the distributed nature of its operations and workforce, the HWA intranet is seen as being key to fostering a sense of inclusion; enabling and encouraging trouble-free, valuable collaboration between HWA staff, and providing easy access to information and systems for all staff regardless of their location. Built on the CentricMinds Web Content Management System, creating a feature-rich environment and toolset, and integrating tightly with the new Document Management System, allows sophisticated document searching and retrieval.
