Business management and strategic planning
CDAA draws upon a wealth of experience in the areas of marketing, business development and  strategic planning. This is undertaken by a  successful combination of senior management input and external consultancy, resulting in a  consistent objective direction and review strategy for the company.

Project Management
Every member of CDAA utilises an internal project process for the purpose of streamlining and effectively implementing project management and quality control procedures. A web based system has been developed specifically for CDAA with workflow, reporting and scheduling all centrally managed by the agencies Project Coordinator. This allows us to keep clients informed about their projects and results in  greater efficiencies within quality assurance, project trouble-shooting as well as delivering  accurate data for statistical planning for future consultancies.

Sales and Marketing
CDAA is committed to ensuring we deliver an extremely personalised and customer focused sales and marketing experience. Every client or potential client is approached uniquely based on their individual requirements and expectations. We are not about appealing to the masses, rather we are interested in the client that requires an ongoing dependable relationship with a service provider who has the capability and resources to multi-task well.

Application Development
Our Development Team’s primary role is to create a solid foundation and infrastructure using current and particularly relevant technologies in both an innovative and logical manner. Whether it is internet or intranet/extranet based, our team will  develop solutions that empower and support our client’s short and long-term goals.

Creative Direction
This role requires an experienced skill set to objectively audit and review all graphic design and advertising material. This ensures the initial brief, function and market requirements for the project have not only been met but also exceeded by our design team. It is the Art Director’s responsibility to maintain this process and to approve the final result which is then presented to the client.

Graphic Design and Interactive Media
CDAA graphic designers are creative, understanding, responsive and market focused. They are the visual ideas trust of the company and develop creative maps, which can be utilised by other services.  Whether it is for corporate branding or an advertising banner, our design  team strives to communicate your company message through intelligent design and interactive solutions.

Print Management
Once a design is completed and approved, the process of print production can begin.  Managing projects effectively at this stage is very important. Close liaison with our selected print partners is essential and is ensured through our own internal management and quality control process. The Print Manager closely tracks our client printing from the initial quote through to delivery stages and actions on site press checks when required.

Hosting and Technical Support
As a key National WebCentral Partner, CDAA is responsible for understanding and implementing their massive product line of hosting services. Our IT Development Team provides additional support to the services offered by WebCentral with the aim of personalising our clients’ experience and exceeding their expectations.  CDAA Hosting and Technical Support prides itself on delivering fast and responsive service for all clients of CDAA products and services.

Financial Management
The backbone of CDAA has been its clear financial direction and effective administration management. Our Finance and Administration Team continually monitors the company’s operation and advises on potential pitfalls and investments. Weekly meetings are held to discuss and audit the company’s activities and business practice. Both Management and the Finance and Administration Officer must approve all purchases and financial decisions.

Human Resources
The HR officer is responsible for the recruitment and preservation of CDAA personnel and their environment. Their role also expands to the recruitment of new personnel and the liaison point between outsourced sub-contractors and the CDAA team.
